Hi there, I'm John Foster!

I currently serve as a Partner and the Director of Programs for Fearless Solutions. Responsible for the delivery of technical services and solutions to various customers within the Federal Government, I personally engage on some projects as a hands-on leader that oversees software development, Agile training/coaching, and program management. With more than 15 years of experience working in software for both commercial and Government customers, I have become an advocate and enthusiast for Agile delivery and helping the Government to get shit done! I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified Scrum Master, obtained my B.S. in Computer Science from UMBC and my MBA from Loyola University Maryland.
